Over the years, we have continued to see a growing dearth of true leadership in virtually every sphere of our society. This led to a strong burden to create an intervention project that will focus on developing the next generation of leaders. Over the years, the Project has raised thousands of emerging leaders and has evolved to support and raise change makers in various professions, businesses and church ministries.
The Joshua Leadership Project was born in 2004 as a platform to execute this mandate.

Dr. Benjamin Dike is a leadership development expert, preacher, and author who has spent over 20 years raising transformational leaders across Africa. He leads the Joshua Leadership Project, impacting over 10,000 leaders, and founded Touch of Joy, which provides free medical care and education to underserved communities. A former senior banking executive, he is also the managing partner of Cedars and Coleman Limited – a management consulting company.
