LeadUp is a compact, high-impact leadership and life skills development programme for public secondary schools designed to ignite purpose, strengthen character, and inspire students to take ownership of their personal growth. The program is delivered in-school and consists of carefully curated sessions that combine storytelling, experiential learning, value-based conversation, and guided reflection. Each session is designed to stand alone, offering students a complete and compelling experience that challenges their thinking and inspires a renewed sense of identity and leadership.

LeadUp continued its mission to develop character, leadership skills, and values among young people in schools. This was launched in Lagos State in 2026 on a pilot basis in 4 Senior Secondary Schools as approved by the Lagos State Ministry of Education, District 3.
